Yes, we sell both new and refurbished grinders. Our new grinders come from Magister and other well-known Italian brands. We also stock refurbished commercial grinders including Santos and Mazzer, two of the most reliable brands for café use. Our priority is always our own clients and the machines we have sold or rented. For machines coming from unknown providers, we have unfortunately often found internal damage or non-standard repairs that do not meet our quality standards, which makes it harder for us to guarantee the outcome. We resolve the issue within 48 hours for athell our clients, even replacing the machine with a courtesy machine if needed. For locations outside Kigali, we schedule visits as quickly as possible and keep you informed throughout. For urgent situations, our customers have a dedicated line insuring the fastest response.

We offer two roasts. Our Cafe Chappel IJURU is a smooth medium roast that works beautifully for espresso, milk-based drinks, and filter coffee, available in 250g, 500g, and 1kg bags. In March 2026 we launched our signature coffee, the Blackbuck Coffee: A bolder, more characterful roast with a stronger personality and deeper complexity, crafted to reflect everything we stand for. Our installation service includes setting up the machine, connecting to the water network when available, testing extraction and steam performance, calibrating the grinder blades so the grind matches your specific machine for optimal extraction, and a training session for your barista or staff on how to operate and clean the machine daily. We also check the quality of your electrical installation, as some setups may require additional electrician work before the machine can be safely connected.
